Welcome to my professional profile! I’m a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a strong background in both construction and pharmaceutical manufacturing. My career began in the construction industry, where I developed my managerial skills as a crew lead specializing in resinous flooring. My passion for science and process led me to complete the Biowork program at Wake Tech, equipping me with the essential skills for a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Currently, I am a Process Technician at Eli Lilly and Company, handling critical tasks such as aseptically washing and preparing parts and equipment, accurately weighing and dispensing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and formulating drug products. I am one of only a few operators qualified to support MSAT and Engineering in Cleaning Validation and Autoclave Qualification activities.

One of my accomplishments at Eli Lilly is becoming a certified trainer, responsible for training my coworkers and ensuring they are well-prepared to perform their duties efficiently and safely. Guided by the slogan “Do the hard work,” I believe in the power of perseverance and dedication, which define my professional approach as well as my personal endeavors. As an aspiring polyglot, I speak English, Spanish, Hindi, Swahili, and Arabic, enhancing my ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about engineering and design, enjoying the challenge of designing and building boats and campers. Looking ahead, I aim to take on roles that combine my project management skills with my engineering and scientific expertise, playing a pivotal role in ensuring life-saving drug products reach patients efficiently and safely.
