I am a biotechnology professional with experience supporting the manufacture of life-saving biologic therapies in highly regulated GMP environments. My career has evolved from leading construction teams in pharmaceutical facilities to manufacturing oncology drug substances at Merck, where I perform upstream biologics operations including seed stock activation, inoculation, propagation, harvest, personnel plating, environmental monitoring, and aseptic processing within Grade B cleanrooms. This combination of technical manufacturing expertise and operational leadership has given me a strong appreciation for quality, compliance, and the discipline required to produce safe and effective medicines.

I hold the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification from the American Society for Quality and an OSHA 30 General Industry Safety certification, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Beyond manufacturing, I actively contribute to quality and innovation as a Quality Compliance Advocate, delivering data integrity training, and as a member of Merck’s AI Early Adopter Program, where I explore practical applications of artificial intelligence to improve business processes. My professional interests include analytical science, biotechnology, quality systems, process improvement, and laboratory operations. I am passionate about combining scientific knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to advance patient care while developing into a technical leader in the biopharmaceutical industry.
