I’m a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a strong background in both construction and pharmaceutical manufacturing. My career began in the construction industry, where I honed my leadership skills as a crew lead specializing in resinous flooring—an experience that sparked my early interest in materials and their applications. Driven by a passion for science and precision, I completed the Biowork program at Wake Tech, laying the foundation for my career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Currently, I serve as a Process Technician at Eli Lilly and Company, where I perform critical operations such as aseptically washing and preparing equipment, weighing and dispensing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and formulating drug products. I’m proud to be among a select group of operators trusted to support MSAT and Engineering during Cleaning Validation and Equipment Qualification activities.

One of my key accomplishments at Lilly has been becoming a certified trainer—equipping new technicians with the knowledge and confidence to perform safely and effectively in a high-stakes environment. I approach all my work with a mindset guided by the motto: “Do the hard work.” This reflects my work ethic and my commitment to solving tough problems through careful thinking and follow-through.

My passion for material sciences and process optimization continues to grow, especially as I deepen my academic foundation through a B.S. in Biological Sciences. I am currently pursuing my Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Improvement Associate certificates while exploring new opportunities where I can apply my skills in quality and continuous improvement to enhance operations and outcomes. I’m especially energized by work that integrates hands-on problem-solving with data-driven decision-making.

Looking ahead, I’m eager to take on roles where I can fuse my strengths in quality, operations, and scientific thinking to help deliver life-saving medications with precision and excellence.
